When installing or adding processing capacity, the core processes and buildings require utilities such as steam generation and distribution, power generation, cooling water, fire systems, plant & instrumentation air, water systems and storage tanks. These utilities have a large impact on project value and lifecycle cost. Front End Loading Engineering and Advisory

We have the in house experience to complete the FEL level engineering for plant utilities and balance of plant.
Although Plant Engineering has processing plant experience in a number of sectors, our business model is to outsource core process plant engineering as it is not generally our field of expertise.
Owners Engineer
Providing support through the detailed engineering process to ensure that the FEL 3 intent and contractual obligations are met (EP, EPCM, EPC).
Operational readiness support to ensure that your project is handed over to operations in a systematic manner that meets all your operational and maintenance requirements.
Asset Management
Asset Management System Review and Improvement by Mapping against the GFMAM Asset Management Landscape to develop a roadmap with actions for improvement.
Assistance with establishing equipment breakdown hierarchies and data cleansing.
Development of Maintenance strategies following a PMO or FMECA approach.
Plant Utilities Engineering
Process Engineering, including pipe flow hydraulics, thermodynamic calculations, PFD’s, P&ID’s and equipment functional specifications.
